I’ve been using Jim’s Florist for many years and they have never disappointed. Patty, the owner, does absolutely fantastic work—every arrangement is beautiful, fresh, and thoughtfully put together. You can really tell she cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. Jim’s Florist is my go-to for any occasion, and I highly recommend them.

The staff at Jim's Florist are amazing! I wanted something out of the ordinary for a funeral/sympathy arrangement. I wanted live perennial plants that could be planted later as a memorial garden for the deceased. I called asking about the plant arrangements in house. They didn't have anything in house that fit, but would be able pot and dress up anything I picked up from a local nursery. They made my dream sympathy arrangement come true, did a BEAUTIFUL job and we're able to deliver to the funeral home!!!!! Thank you for making this special arrangement!

Patricia was wonderful to work with for my mom’s funeral. We chatted about my mom and she asked questions and knew exactly what I didn’t know I needed! The arrangements were beautiful and very personal.

I needed an arrangement for a memorial service that I was unable to attend, so I wanted to send something really nice. I chose Jim's Florist based on their excellent online reviews, and I'm so happy with my decision. I placed my order by phone because I had very specific instructions regarding both delivery and the flowers themselves. The person I spoke to, Sue, couldn't have been more helpful. She clearly knew what she was doing and was just fantastic. Her advice regarding my flower selections and delivery options were spot on and carried out as promised. And, while I did not see the arrangement in person, I was told by two different attendees who reached out to me that it was "exquisite" and "stunning". I am now 100% a Jim's Florist customer for any future flower purchases. Thank you so much for a great experience.

I’ve been using Jim’s florist for so many years. I love them. They always design amazing bouquets and arrangements for birthdays, funerals, Mother’s Day, showers, etc. everything is very original and the flowers are always so fresh. Their customer service is personalized and caring, they truly take pride in their work. I recently had them do the centerpieces and a special arrangement for my baby shower and they did amazing! Not only that but they delivered them on a Saturday because Pat knew it would be too hot and could impact the beauty of the flowers if we picked them up and stored them on Friday. Phenomenal customer service and always very reasonably priced! I’m attaching the pics from my shower and Mother’s Day flowers they recently did for my mom.

I highly recommend Jim’s Florist! Pat went above and beyond for me this week. I love three hours away. I was looking for something very particular, floral-wise for some family members. -She didn’t have it in stock- called several other local businesses to locate the exact gorgeous flowers I wanted, made the arrangement beautiful and delivered for me!! Thanks a bunch!!!

Absolutely amazing! Trish was so kind, helpful, and sweet! It worked out so perfect, the driver followed the instructions perfectly and my wife received her flowers RIGHT after her meeting when arriving to her desk! All the ladies around the office were all smiles, complimenting how gorgeous her flowers were and how they smell amazing! I will be ordering again! Place that order, promise it’s worth EVERY penny!!!!

I received this beautiful arrangement for Mother's Day from my son and daughter in law, who reside in Texas. When I receive flowers I always send a picture to whoever sent them. This is to make sure they got what they paid for. It was my absolute pleasure to send the pic of this beautiful bouquet! Thanks so much for your exceptional service. I found Jim’s Florist last year and I’m so happy. I live in California and my mom lives in Warren Michigan. I’ve used all the online Florist and was never very happy. The arrangement that they sent my mother for Mother’s Day today is absolutely gorgeous. They couldn’t fit any more flowers into it, and my mom is extremely happy with it. I highly recommend the! Their service is wonderful and very friendly. They are my go to Florist going forward!
